Every Sunday evening, Ovide at Hotel Effie serves a Southern family-style supper built for lingering at the table. The spread centers on crispy skillet fried chicken with mashed golden potatoes and black pepper gravy, alongside country ham braised pole beans and an Effie biscuit. House-made banana cream pie finishes the meal.
