When dinner ends at Proper Restaurant & Bar, the night keeps going. Proper After Dark is the restaurant’s standing late-night series, with DJs taking over the 30Avenue space on Friday and Saturday nights and the party running past midnight. It is the steadiest late-night option on the east end of 30A.
