Chefs gather at 87 Plaza in Seaside for a paella cook-off, each aiming to dethrone reigning Paella Queen Chef Joyce Russell. Guests sample the competing paellas with wine pairings from Pierola Wines, and the C-Bar pours specialty cocktails and beer. The cook-off helps kick off Seeing Red Wine Festival week.
