30A Distilling Co

30A Distilling Co is a craft distillery in the South Walton Business Center on North County Highway 393 in Santa Rosa Beach, about a half mile north of Highway 98. Founded by 30A resident Brian Rabon, it works field to glass: small batch rum and whiskey made with Florida ingredients, including DeFuniak Springs sugar cane and grain grown around Jennings, alongside a barrel-aged gin that won Gold and Best in Class at the 2023 East Coast Craft Spirit Awards, a limoncello, a reposado agave spirit, and an Inlet Beach orange rum, each inspired by the beaches of 30A.

The tasting room is intimate by design, modeled on the owner’s beach house. Walk-ins are welcome Wednesday through Friday from 3 to 6 PM and Saturday and Sunday from 12 to 6 PM for craft cocktails, tasting flights, and bottles and merch to go. Guided distillery tours run Wednesday through Sunday by reservation, with a private VIP tour at 2 PM, and private tastings can be booked outside regular hours through the website.
